Got a can of soup? Dress it up with cheesy drop-biscuits for some nice added flavor and texture. And it’s so simple!
This would be great served in individual ramekins with a biscuit all along the top. Here, I just poured a whole can of chicken noodle soup into a Pyrex dish and dropped flattened globs of biscuit on top before sticking it in the toaster oven at 375 for about 15 – 20 minutes or until the biscuits are firm and golden.

Admittedly, I kind of just glanced at the biscuit recipe and then made it up based on what I remembered, so I’m sure it would turn out even better if you actually follow the instructions 😉 Just grab a spoonful, flatten the dough in your hand and set on top of the soup lightly so it floats.
