Cleanse Day 21: Hot Chocolate Pudding!

We’ve finally reached the end!! Wow, 21 days of clean eating. I can say that I feel SO much better than I did before we started. I have more energy, I don’t crave sugar like I used to, and I was able to lose the extra weight I had put on after all our honey-moon food (yes, you saw the pictures!), holiday dishes, and going-away meals. It feels good to be back on track! Funny – the things I missed the most during this cleanse were yogurt, eggs, and whey protein. So many more culinary possibilities to explore now! Cleanse Day 9: Salad – Simple to Store Bought

Today I may have come close to exceeding the maximum intake of greens one should consume in a day (can there be such a thing??). Aside from our usual steel cut oats in the morning, I found myself stumbling upon salad after salad for the rest of the day. With a little variety, I really didn’t mind my afternoon to evening salad trifecta.
